11 Day Gratitude Glow Up

Join me on this 11 day Gratitude Glow up where we will be using the simple yet effective power of gratitude to help reset our energy and create natural and not forced positivity to not only reinforce the joy in the small things in life but also help develop a mindset which helps us become more resilient to and see solutions to life's challenges.

This challenge starts on Monday May the 4th and each day I will email out a video along with a journal sheet with a daily gratitude task.
